Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit empowers you to make check deposits into your LSCU account at your convenience. The mobile deposit feature can only be used within the LSCU app, available for download from the App Store or Google Play.

Mobile Deposit Eligibility:

  • Have an LSCU Account 
  • Download the LSCU app

Make a Deposit

  • Launch the LSCU app and log in.
  • Tap the red plus sign.
  • Tap Remote Deposit and then Deposit Check.
  • Tap the account you want to deposit to.
  • Read the Remote Deposit Guidelines and tap the box to indicate you have read the guidelines. Please note: You may tap “Don’t show again” to prevent the guidelines showing with each deposit.
  • Tap Start Deposit.
  • Tap the camera icon to take a picture of the front of the check.
  • Read the Check Endorsement Guidelines and tap the box to indicate you have read the guidelines. Please note: You may tap “Don’t show again” to prevent the guidelines showing with each deposit.
  • Tap Continue.
  • Tap the camera icon to take a picture of the back of the check.
  • Enter your check amount and tap Continue.
  • Review the Mobile Deposit and tap Confirm if the deposit is correct.
  • A deposit confirmation screen will appear.

 

Mobile Deposit Times

Deposits made before 5:00 pm CST on a business day will generally be available by the next business day. Deposits made after 5:00 pm, on a non-business day, or on a holiday are considered submitted the next business day and will be processed within one business day after that date.

For example: If you make a mobile deposit on Friday at 4:45 pm, the deposit will generally be available by Monday. If you make a mobile deposit on Friday at 5:05 pm, the deposit may not be available until Tuesday.

Mobile Deposit Tips

  1. Make sure your check is properly endorsed. Your endorsement should read "For mobile deposit only, LSCU" followed by your signature. 
  2. When taking a picture of your check, place it on a dark, solid colored surface with good lighting.
