Get your college career started with a Good Scholarship.
Each year, Lone Star Credit Union provides two $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors attending a two-year accredited college or state licensed trade or technical school. Applications are due April 30, 2026, and winners will be announced by May 15, 2026.
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be a Member of Lone Star Credit Union or have at least one parent or legal guardian who is a Member of Lone Star Credit Union. (Account must be in good standing and opened prior to January 1, 2026.)
- Applicant must be a high school senior.
- Applicant must be planning to attend a two-year accredited community college or a state licensed trade or technical school.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident.
- Upon being selected to receive the scholarship, applicant must be able to provide LSCU with a written acceptance letter or proof of enrollment.
