$500 Mastercard Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility:

1. The $500 Mastercard Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor: 2. The Giveaway is sponsored by Lone Star Credit Union, located at 7508 Ferguson Road, Dallas, TX 75228.

Entry Period: 3. The Giveaway begins on November 4, 2023 and ends on November 4, 2023 (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter: 4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter the Giveaway by attending the Lone Star Credit Union Pop In Party on November 4, 2023.

Prize: 7. The prize for this Giveaway is one (1) $500 Mastercard gift card.

Winner Selection: 8. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within ten (10) days after the Entry Period.

Winner Notification: 9. The winner will be notified by email or other contact information provided during entry. The winner will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery: 10. The winner may pick up the gift card at the Lone Star Credit Union Kaufman branch, located at 750 US-175, Kaufman, TX 75142.

Taxes: 11. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity: 12. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Lone Star Credit Union the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

General Terms: 13. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Release and Limitations of Liability: 14. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lone Star Credit Union and its respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Disqualification: 15. Lone Star Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these Official Rules or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

Privacy: 16. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

Winners List: 17. To request the name of the winner, please email marketing@lonestarcu.org.
